H4 lamps LHD same as RHD lenses?

Hi does any one know if the lenses of H4 bosch lamps are the same RHD to LHD and if I can just swap one side to the other to change the car from Right hand drive headlamp settings to Left Hand Drive settings or in fact do I need to buy new lenses?

You can reuse the the old ones, you just turn them inside out.

Oh by the way, today is the 1:st of April...

I'm pretty sure that the lenses differ between LHD and RHD, but they are suprisingly cheap.

You do have to get asymmetrical lenses for RHD.

The ones you have may be converted to symmetrical by using two of stickers. I assume you could get those in GB (to be used when you take your British car abroad on vacation).
I'm not sure, however, that the Swedish Bilprovningen would approve of your stickers for permanent use in Sweden.
