New member from Germany with request for help

Post by opa911 »

Dear swedish Porsche-Fans!

First I want to introduce me. My name is Oliver. I am from Germany and I am suffering from the Porsche virus, which is not a mystery, as I am born in 1963, the birthyear of the 911.

In July 2010, I fullfilled a dream and I bought a Porsche 2,4s Coupe, which was delivered October 1971 by the german Porsche dealer Glöckler in Frankfurt a.M., Germany. It is a 911 Coupe 2,4s, it is gulforange and has a lot of options. The Porsche was totally restored during 2010 and 2011 and now looks the same way, when it was delivered. Porsche AG declared in its certification, that the 911 has “matching numbers”.

- The VIN of the car is 911 230 369.

- It was exported to Sweden in July 1985

- It was brought back to Germany in October 2007

- The last owner in Sweden was the dealer FERDINAND in Habo

- The Swedish export data say, that the body of the car was modified.

- It is possible, that the 911 took part in racing or historic racing.

- The last registration in Sweden was BBJ 749.

The car is very perfect. The history of the car is the only thing, that is missing. I was very happy, if you cold help me to find some details regarding the history of the 911 Coupe in Sweden and in Germany.

Best regards from Germany, Oliver

Anyone who has a fax machine?
On transportstyrelsen.se you can get the last 3 owners in Sweden and some other info but you need to have à fax and they Will send it to you, but i think it only Works to à swedish number.

And on riksarkivet.se you can get all other papers on the car til 1997 i think.

Hi Jonas, hi Magnus!

Thank you for your fast help. Indeed my car was sold by Peter Hajas to Germany. Since yasterday I am in contact with him via email. He wrote, that he probably will find information on my car regarding the last owner. I hope so.

Joining this forum ist the attempt, to collect all data of my car during the time in Sweden from July 1985 to October 2007.

I looked at the Homepages of transportstyrelsen.se and riksarkivet.de but I could not find the pages, where I can get the information on my car, because I dont understand a single word of swedish. Can you help me in this point?

Further below I posted a photo of my 911. Meanwhile the horngrills are silver (chrome) with high beam headlights as the car was delivered in October 1971.

Oliver
